Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email). Please send your statement to the following address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
We strongly recommend returning the package with tracking and signature upon receipt to ensure proof of delivery. In case of loss or lack of return proof, no refund can be made.
IMPORTANT! The returned product must be in excellent condition (no folds, properly rolled, no scratches, etc.) and returned in the original packaging or suitable packaging. If the original packaging was damaged during transport, the product must be returned in equivalent, good-quality, and sturdy packaging to ensure safe return shipping.
Please note that if the product arrives at our premises in poor condition, it will no longer be usable, and therefore we cannot accept the return or provide a refund. In this case, the product will be sent back to you at your expense and in its received condition.
If you did not mention any damages to the received product during our first written exchange, this means the product is considered to be in excellent condition and fully inspected by you.
In the case of unreported damages during the first exchange, a refund or exchange will be refused.

You must return or hand over the goods to:

without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
