You can directly modify your delivery and invoice address in your customer account.

However if you wish to modify your delivery address for a parcel currently being prepared, please fill in the form below so that we can modify it ourselves before dispatching the parcel.

 

PLEASE NOTE!

Any change of address cannot be taken into account for a parcel that has already been dispatched.

If the parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or for any other reason, we will not accept responsibility and will ask you to cover any expenses incurred in resending the parcel.
